manage migrate command sometime gives not existent table errors that are not afflicting the correct functionality of lava-master.
Remove the manage migrate exit on error and just continue with the normal execution of the lava-master image on migration errors.

error example:

psycopg2.errors.UndefinedTable: table "lava_results_app_actiondata" does not exist
--snip--
django.db.utils.ProgrammingError: table "lava_results_app_actiondata" does not exist
