Code to calculate the next ppl to do door duties

usage: doorduty [-h] --start-date START_DATE --num-months NUM_MONTHS
                [--dry-run]

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  --start-date START_DATE
                        Start date in the format %Y-%m-%d, i.e . 2018-12-01
  --num-months NUM_MONTHS
                        Number of months to run door duty for
  --dry-run             Optional: If set then the duties will not be written
                        to the DB
