bioweb_image_getter

This program gets Amphibia images from BIOWEB given a list with species names.

Images are taken from BIOWEB using BIOWEB REST API. Before proceding please review and agree with the data usage conditions.

Installation

git clone https://github.com/kalilamali/bioweb_image_getter
cd bioweb_image_getter
pip install -r requirements.txt

How-to run

python3 main.py
