GTK 4 theme:

Added Arc GTK 4 theme 533c12a

• Currently based on GTK 4.2, but should work just as well with GTK 4.4.
• Theme has not been tested on GTK 4.0, but should be usable. However there could be some more noticeable issues. Currently there's no plans for porting the theme specifically for 4.0, unless there turns out to be some dire need for it.
• Any libadwaita specific styling is not yet supported, so applications using it may appear imperfectly themed.

Please open an issue if you encounter any problems, inconsistencies with the GTK 3 theme, or anything that simply doesn't look right. There are still some known minor visual imperfections that will be addressed in the future.

Updated 2021-01-31: Added note about missing optipng support with the Meson build system.

Build system:

This version switched to using Meson as the default build system. The old GNU Autotools based build system is still available, but will be removed in future. Please open an issue, if you have any problems with the new build system. The only difference with the two build systems, is that Meson build has dropped support for optimizing PNG assets with optipng for now. The PNG optimization support will be added back in future releases.

Package maintainers: Please ensure you have no problems with the updated build system. The old build system will be removed in the next release, if there are no reported issues.
