Summary
I noticed that different jest modules give warnings described in #15173
Deprecated inflight dependency is introduced by outdated glob package, therefore upgrading it globally would possibly help to upgrade dependencies in published packages ( but I'm not sure! )
Test plan
Since is only a dependency upgrade i guess it's enough to run unit tests. However we need to validated that built packages contain a new version.
