I just made a new push that cleans up some of the text. I hit the limit on colab gpu usage, but my next steps will be:

reduce the number of trials so that it runs in a reasonable amount of time
update the rst file to reflect the changes in the ipynb file
save some of the plots/figures generated so they can go into the rst file
