fix: Fixed Docker image labels

Fixed the image labels to link to the correct repository

Seems to have been introduced in #570

Ah, missed that one, sorry! I also noticed some irregularities with the labels for the other images, those are all labeled https://github.com/jenkinsci/docker-agent, while debian and windows have https://github.com/jenkinsci/docker-agent-inbound labels
