JDK 11.0.26+4 is working in my Jenkins controller with agents across multiple processor architectures (amd64, aarch64, s390x) and operating systems (Debian 11, Debian 12, Debian testing, Debian sid, Rocky 9, openSUSE 15, Ubuntu 20, Ubuntu 22, Ubuntu 24, Windows 10, Windows 11).

JDK 11.0.26+4 is not yet available for Alpine Linux, but that should not be an issue for this pull request, since our Packer images don't use Alpine Linux.
