Created Dockerfile that builds the app Updated app to use environment variables

removed spammy commands in animal.py Updated birthday.py to be able to grant a birthday role! updated birthdays to use proper user lookup functions added subtract method for bookclub.py Made it so if statcordpost.py doesnt have env var set it will not try and post. Update docker image to not need build args. These can be injected on container run Fixed Ping command Updated README.md to remind me of what needs to be done.
