This PR offers a rework of the "Submission" tab in VPL.
It adds an option to submit all files as an archive instead of uploading each file one by one (see screenshots below).
It also offers more flexibility on files management before submission (renaming, deleting, keeping current file).
Finally it includes a fix for displayed error when files are not saved. Previously there was an only message saying "Not saved" without information, or a scarce "Not available". Now the reason is correctly displayed (e.g. if too many files are present in archive, or required files are not present).
