add alchembert to Matbench Discovery leaderboard

Dear maintainers and Matbench Discovery community,

I would like to express my gratitude to you and your community for the contributions made in this domain. We described the structures in natural language and tested some tasks using BERT.

I trained the model using the 2023-02-07-mp-computed-structure-entries.json and mp-energies.csv and tested it on the 2022-10-19-wbm-init-structs.json and wbm-summary.csv. The results have been submitted. I am sorry that I didn't utilize WandB, but I submit my partial training and testing codes which can show our work clearly. All the relevant codes are in the accounts of my advisor and me.

I would be glad if you could review my work and address any concerns or provide feedback. Thank you for your attention.
