Starting a refactor by a simple symbol renaming and change of perspective.
TissueBase -> AnalysisStep
TissueAnalysis -> FEMAnalysis
LinearTissue -> LinearTissueStep
NonlinearTissue -> NonlinearTissueStep
Next change will probably be creating an AnalysisStep to act as a base class for Step, contained in an Analysis.
