  • Re-added proper parsing of "C+2" to the midi parser.

  • Added quality estimations to the different octaves.

Octave quality estimation

The quality is estimated based on the number of notes that had to be converted from one octave to another in order to fit the 3 octave system in FFXIV. In rare cases a lower quality target octave might still sound better to the human ear, despite having slightly distorted playback.
