@whyrusleeping noticed a bug where this didn't appear to work. I can't reproduce but this is still a useful test to have.

  • rebased master onto this branch. Will look for CI

CI was failing due to the issue fixed in ipfs-inactive/js-ipfs-http-client#1130 - hopefully it should be happier now.

Ha! No, it's worse now. The reconnect test added by this PR is timing out:

  1) circuit
       go-go-go
         reconnect:
     Error: Timeout of 80000ms exceeded. For async tests and hooks, ensure "done()" is called; if returning a Promise, ensure it resolves. (/home/travis/build/ipfs/interop/test/node.js)
