- 「确定」所要添加语言的 ISO 代号/代码...
- 指向网址也已经失效？
对于网址，我也是参照英文README.md的
根据维基百科中的用词，我使用了ISO语言「代码」而不是「代号」

The previous Chinese readme had some mistakes (especially in the search engine support table) and outdated contents, so I updated it according to README.md. Now that this repo has Chinese readme, I think it is good to have it up to date, so I bother you with this PR :)
