Humungous thanks to @AsgardXIV and @HoloWise for many of these updates!
Hot Fix
- Fixed the invisible overworld version of actors staying pinned when entering gpose, making it appear that poses were not loading.
New Features
- Posing
- Sage and Reaper weapons can now be manipulated in Pose Mode (Matrix and Pose3D views).
- Enabling pose mode now freezes the world position of the camera and actors.
- A 'Universal' Built-In Poses folder has been added, which currently includes A- and T- poses for use with any race and gender.
- Animation
- World position of camera and actors can now be frozen with motion enabled (this allows you to move actors which are animating).
- Emotes are now searchable in animation search.
- Animation speed control improvements:
- Speed control is only available in GPose.
- Animations can now be paused/resumed.
- Exact speed can now be specified.
- Animation overriding is now available in the overworld and for overworld actors.
- Reset now attempts to restore the actor to the state they were before any animation was applied.
- Added a button to set an actor to default idle pose.
- Animation can be queued to play next or forced to play immediately.
- Appearance Changes
- Sub Actor changing introduced:
- Mounts can now be switched.
- Fashion Accessories (aka Ornaments) can now be switched and equipped as they are in-game (no more model-switching).
- Minions can now be switched.
- Added an option to link eye colours.

- System changes
- Overworld actors can now be pinned in GPose.
- Clothing/appearance of overworld actors can be changed even within GPose.

- Hidden/unloaded actors no longer appear in the targeting list by default (but can be toggled on).
- Fashion accessories now appear in the NPC list under Ornaments.
- File extensions are now toggleable.
Fixes
- Loading appearances onto Mounts, Minions, and Fashion Accessories no longer crashes the game.
- Please note that changes to appearances will not be copied to GPose for these actor types.
- Heterochromia is now applied to the correct eyes for NPCs.
- Invisible items have been changed so the character neck no longer appears on certain actors.
- Actor rotation and scale is no longer loaded when it shouldn't be.
- Validation for game patch 6.08.
- General verbiage updates.
- Anamnesis Connect has been removed.
Improvements
- Lumina Nuget packages updated.
- Overall memory management improvements.
- Overall Animation Mode improvements.
NPCNames.json
has been reformatted.- Fixes for multiple monitors.
- Prop list has been updated.
- Gallery has been updated.
- Logging improvements.
Known Issues
When multiple actors with the same name are pinned, entering GPose will shuffle which pin corresponds to which actor. So far this is only occurring with Carbuncle actors. We will continue to investigate this.
Notes
Our self-imposed embargo lapsed on January 7th. As such, the Gallery and Model List may now contain potential spoilers for those who have not yet completed the Endwalker MSQ.
