Listings
Bulk Actions: Two bulk actions are available to quickly make changes to many listings at once, move to trash and edit. By using the filter options you can find the listings that you want to make changes to. The edit bulk action allows you to quickly add tags to large numbers of listings from any of the categories. Moving items to the trash will create a new tab of listings at the top of the page where the trashed listings can be deleted or restored. Items in the trash are no longer published to your website but you do not need to trash items to unpublish them.
Add Media: Upload your own media to the website to be used in the listing, all media uploaded must be less than a gigabyte in maximum size and will be saved to the website to be used in future listings. Audio, video, and most other media files are allowed and when inserted into the site will appear as a bar or box as appropriate that can be accessed by the user. To upload files all at once or in groups you can use upload gallery, video playlist, or music playlist.

Lead Tools: This is for clients interested in contacting someone about the listing either by including contact information or through a third party management information.
Price Options: Includes various settings such as hiding the price from viewers of the site.
Property Details/Additional Details/Map Options: information boxes can either be filled in manually or will be filled in automatically by your IDX Broker import. When filled in they automatically update your sites template with the information. If you have an understanding of Wordpress coding you can also use these areas to enter short codes for higher level customization.
Publish: Provides options for the listing page such as saving the page, publishing it to your website, and changing viewing permissions on the listing on your website."
Status: You can add both the preset and your customized status tags to your listing to here.
Sync Settings: If you are using IDX Broker (or another IDX service) to automatically insert your listings into your website you can choose how often you want the particular listing being edited to be synced with the information consistent with what is being put out by your IDX program. If not using an IDX this will not be applicable, otherwise choose the option which best suits your needs.
Status-
Add New: This is primarily a function included to allow for the easy creation of new or personal status tags for your listings, if a status that you have for listings is not included in the preset options than more can be added through this tab.

Doing so will not delete the listings under that tag, it will just delete the tag. Preset tags however are not removable and but deleting them will still cause all listings under that tag to no longer have the tag.
Location-
Add New: This is primarily a function included to allow for the easy creation of new location tags for your listings, this is especially useful for categorizing listings by city or neighborhood.

IDX Broker Import-
Import Listings: All selected listings below will be imported into your listings page to be used as you see fit, they will remain on this page however. If you delete a listing imported onto your website from this page it will remove the listing from your website but the listing will remain available to you from this page to be re-added at a future date. If you are not using an IDX service than this feature will not be applicable to you.

Register Taxonomies-
Add New Listing Taxonomies: This feature allows you to add new types of tags like those seen before. Location, property types, and statuses are examples of preset taxonomies. A quick guide to making your own taxonomies can be found below.
