Update Readme

• Added Python bindings link to Readme
• Renames environment variables injected by glob-items, line-items, regex-items dependencies to e.g. ${XVC_ADDED_GLOB_ITEMS} from ${XVC_GLOB_ADDED_ITEMS}
• Added dispatcher to run commands with the same XvcRoot preserving the internal state. This is mostly for Python bindings.
• Several documentation fixes
