Summary of Changes

This change will let users try out Tiingo without installing anything, as well as give people more useful code examples that can be copied directly into their own projects.
Fulfills [Enhancement] Add Executable Jupyter Notebook Showing Basic Library Usage #197, although more examples are certainly welcome.
