@mohammadareeb95 thanks so much for the suggested contributing guidelines- they look good to me. One suggestion is to mention that there are number of sub- repositories for OAM so people need to refer to the relevant ones and raise issues accordingly.
Once this CONTRIBUTING.md is merged then it will also be good to link to README.md.
Once @cgiovando is back I'd ask him to approve as the main lead on OAM.
