Loading

the ui was not loading because the HTML file was not being copied over to the ./dist folder
added script to copy over HTML file as part of build

other:

changed callback url from disabled to readonly so the text can be selected - the copy button does not seem to be working
deleted root homebridge-ui directory (as not needed??)
updated dependencies (sorry, just had to!)

PLEASE TEST before publishing, have not been able to properly check the dependency updates, since I do not use this plugin!
