fix: Fix Vue warning 'Non-function value encountered'

Description

When using a Wrapper component the browser log was showing a number of warnings when mounting and rendering Wrapper components.

[Vue warn]: Non-function value encountered for default slot. Prefer function slots for better performance.

This PR aims to fix that by using () => function slots eliminating the warning
