1.1 Beta - Minor additions

I added some minor additions, including the ability to add a cache file location.

1.0 Beta release

This is the 1.0 branch and seems to be working. Just going to get it a bit of beta testing before the full release.

Pre release

This is the per-release of LIA. I am still working on the setup code and some small tweaks before releasing 1.0.
