今後は https://culture.herp.co.jp/engineer をメンテしていくことにしたので、 このリポジトリのドキュメントの内容を消す。 なお、今後万が一リンク先を変える場合には prettier やCIが残っていた方が良さそうなので、それらは残しておく。 また、CONTRIBUTING.md やバッジのネタは僕が好きなので残しておく。
