Group OpenTelemetry Dependabot updates (#797)

Since the `opentelemetry`, `opentelemetry_sdk` and `opentelemetry-stdout` crates all need to be updated at the same time, otherwise compilation errors occur due to trait version mismatches - such as those seen in #794.
