…n line with isPrivate and isChannel. -Modified UserList to not show the Profile tab on the Console page (this became a problem due to someone having an f-list profile named Console and it was loading the profile)

There is an f-list profile named Console, the current code made the Console tab actually load in that profile on the Console tab. This extends the Conversation interface to have an isConsole as well (this ended up not actually being needed, but I wrote it already so.. future usage?) and I modified the UserList.vue in order to filter out the Console tab from rendering the Profile tab in the sidebar.
