Describe the PR

  • Add support for stm32u5a5 (highspeed with built-in femtoPHY). Tested with stm32u5a5 nucleo
  • Also update u5 cmsis and hal driver
  • dwc2 driver flush all tx fifo and rx fifo in dcd_init()
  • reformat dwc2 related files
  • add dwc2_info.py and dwc2_info.md which store dwc2's ghwcfg1,2,3,4 configuration for all ports for comparison and study purpose
