Installation and usage

1. Get Tampermonkey (or Userscripts for Safari).
2. Click on a header in the features section to install the userscript. If a page of raw code loads, your userscript extension does not support install links. Copy the code into a new script manually.
3. Some userscripts have configurable options. The variables at the beginning of the script can be set to configure them.
