(@ July 17) Graham just advised that the api migration is not done yet. Also this ( https://trello.com/c/ZywfDwnq/181-move-existing-sf-service-comms-to-new-batch-email-sender-route ) will need to be done first. |

Removing old api code from batch-email-sender after Salesforce batched publishers switched.
No extra processing or validation happening in batch-email-sender anymore.
To be merged after Salesforce is migrated to new API by @graham228221.
