The purpose behind this release is to facilitate the ASP.Net Web Form developers who want to develop a document annotator by using Next Generation GroupDocs.Annotation for .NET 3.x(UI Less back end API). All the features/functionalities of old GroupDocs.Annotation UI-based API (2.x) has been implemented in this sample project.
