The main change in this branch is to the core/edi.py module. I've rewritten this to be more object oriented and flexible. The functionality is nearly the same, just the old dictionaries for each section of the .edi file are now attributes of a class for each section of the .edi file.

The other changes are:

  1. adapting the new Edi module across MTpy
  2. changes to occam1d.py
  3. additional GUI programs including:
    • occam1d_gui.py for inverting a MT response read from an .edi file
    • edi_editor.py for editing an .edi file including static shift, distortion removal, rotation, remove bad data points.
      -modem_mesh_builder.py for building a mesh for ModEM
