Pandoc Helper v0.3-beta adds support for .docx reference documents without custom coding. Reference docs can be selected on each use or can be added by installing "JSON Helper" from the mac App Store and modifying the config file located at "Pandoc Helper.app/Contents/Resources/Config/config.json".
