Based on #10112

I've also changed the way xlim and ylim are adjusted depending from the ranges of coordinates of the items to display, in order to create square plots with a reasonable margin around the rendered items.

For now, the interface level can be set up via local_settings.py, but we will probably want to make it depend from the user role.

INTERFACE_LEVEL 0 (NOTE: until we implement the concept of "published" calculation, only administrators can see a not-empty list of calculations):
