Fix for issue #25

• Corrected problem in existing code to allow for encoding one-value attributes of array data types ( see Implement Multidimensional Arrays Support in DBObjecBuilder and EObjectBuilder #25, discovered in OGC API Features Part 1: Core de-jena/ogc-features#1 )

• Added test cases for improved code coverage

• Minor metadata-related fixes

• Continuing from PR Fix for issue #25, and more #26 ( Fix for issue #25, and more #26 ) - branch 'issue25-multidimensional-arrays-support' re-created as most metadata-related issues in https://github.com/geckoprojects-org/org.gecko.emf/ and https://github.com/geckoprojects-org/org.gecko.emf.persistence/ projects were apparently solved in the meantime;

• Related PR ( Extended model to support additional use cases in dependent projects org.gecko.emf#50 ) was closed as Mark Hoffmann ( @maho7791 ) added code which I included in that PR via commit geckoprojects-org/org.gecko.emf@432a1ab and released artifact required by this project ( org.geckoprojects.emf:org.gecko.emf.osgi.example.model.extended:6.2.0-SNAPSHOT )
