Slaves are now correctly cleaned

We weren't running --delete on slaves, even if configured.
Fixed.
Also some small detail improvements.

KNOWN BUGS:

• Occasionally plugin stops getting events from sublime. Can't track if it's a problem with plugin or Sublime.
• Sometimes remote check won't work as expected.

More stability, better messages, can now check remote git hash (if there)

Activate option "strsync.check_remote_git" for the plugin to check remote git hash and avoid overwriting fresh "pulls" on the server.
Status messages are a lot better.
Running RSync shouldn't freeze sublime anymore...

We now have a settings menu option in the usual place
