Great! to see you here. I am Fredrick Kebaso, a biological data science enthusiast and a Bioinformatician at the International Centre of Insect Physiology and Ecology (ICIPE). I am keen in application of Bioinformatics, machine learning and deep learning in Genomic data analysis. Currently, I am in-charge of the bioinformatics lab in icipe where I support a range of Bioinformatics analyses including Genome assembly, Genome annotation, Metagenomics analysis, RNASeq analysis, Metatranscriptomic analysis, Phylogenetic analysis and performing any Bioinformatics related tasks.
