Supplementary code accompanying manuscript: Bispecific antibodies as bridging to BCMA CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma

This repository contains all code and data to reproduce the findings of Fandrei et al. Blood Cancer Discovery 2024. All 52 patients included in this analysis had relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and were treated with BCMA CAR-T cell therapies at Leipzig University Hospital:

• code/: the folder contains R scripts to reproduce results and figures of the study.

• figures/: the folder contains the final png and PPT versions of the figures and supplementary figures.
