Adds a new subpage for displaying graphics created as part of the master thesis.

This PR also contains changes to the plot-generating code, which we've already discussed in one of our previous meetings (regarding things like colors, legend location, sizing, etc.).
The automated generation of these plots (and the underlying CSV file) will be addressed in a separate PR.
