The CLI and library functions are complete and behaving as expected. Precompiled binaries for 32-bit Windows and 64-bit Linux are provided. All required DLLs are bundled with the program for Windows; on Linux install glib2 to use the CLI. The library does not depend on GLib, but the CLI does.
