Users should provide AWS credentials using the default AWS SDK
environment variables, like AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID, AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY,
AWS_SESSION_TOKEN, and AWS_DEFAULT_REGION.

Remove support for S3 ACLs

They are deprecated and no longer enabled by default:
