This PR is

  • Dropping support for C++11 dialect; now minimal version is C++14. This means Centos7/EPEL7 are not supported anymore. It's almost 2025, time to shift to newer OS :)
  • Upgrading Conan to major version 2; replace the deprecated "conanbuildinfo.mak" with "conandeps.mk", i.e. from the "make" generator to the new "MakeDeps" generator
  • Upgrading Prometheus-cpp from 1.2.4 to 1.3.0
