This PR:

Updates dependencies to the range maximum. Output generation was tested, but in the future this project really needs actual tests.
Begins work on a functional to ease dev work. For now this is a simple page that has a textarea that takes in svg markup, and converts it to JSON which can be pasted directly in an Excalidraw session. There is also a basic JSON viewer allowing inspection of the generated JSON.
