Description
This PR introduces the FMA for the existing L2 Message Passing contracts, part of the interop project. It complements the existing FMAs for SuperchainWETH and SuperchainERC20. Failures are described in a way to understand why they are relevant for those interoperable-asset contracts.
Additional context
This document only cover cases from the smart contracts side.
