Unit and End to End tests

There are 2 frameworks implemented in this Visual Studio Code extension to provide testing:

1. Unit testing implemented with the Visual Studio Code extension Testing API as described in here.

2. End to end testing implemented using RedHat-developer extension tester which allows to test for UI elements using Selenium web driver.
