bluejay v2.0: generalized for any planet
This version constitutes a significant upgrade to the model that generalizes it for more than one planet. The broad upgrades include the following:
- Implemented Mars and Venus and tested.
- Organized the Photochemistry module files.
- Organized and corrected many issues in the user-provided parameter file, simplifying the process and making it less confusing to the end user.
Because in order to support more than one planet, some function names were changed (specifically the temperature functions), this constitutes a major new upgrade and the version thus has increased to 2.0.
Specific details of the updates can be found in recent commits or in the changelog below.
