When I click in the area which is covered by the dock, then the corresponding application gets activated - even when the dock is not visible. In the web browser you can typically work around the problem by shifting the intended link out of the invisible dock area. With other apps it takes more effort like resizing the window.
Steps to Reproduce
Any app which covers up the dock
Move mouse into the dock's area
Dock appears
Dock disappears
Click an active item in that area
The invisible button in that area gets activated - this happens even if you move slowly, i.e. w/o step 3 & 4
Just hover over that position
The Dock's tooltip appears
Expected Behavior
The app in the foreground should respond, not the invisible dock.
