A appimage contained Python 3.10 with custom install python site packages.
The Python 3.10 binary is taken from niess/python-appimage.
The [AppImage][APPIMAGE] bundles Python 3.10 as well as extra site packages, e.g. the [panda][PANDA_PKG] package. See the
requirements.txt file for a detailed list.
