Creates a webservice to retrieve and output NFCE data for a given state and code.
Run sudo apt-get install make.
Run sudo apt-get install git.
Run git clone https://github.com/eduardo-costa/nfce-json-ws.git.
Run make in order to download packages and make the first install/run.
In order to update files and running daemons call make update
