Need to add the ability to assign topics to citations or, perhaps interfaces that make it easier to create, manage and find smaller Notes that can be arranged and aggregated in various ways. This might require the ability to create hierarchical relationships among topics (e.g. "MS in Japan" and "MS in India" as sub-topics of "MS"). Issue Page

When you find a duplicate, there should be an easy way to delete the one with less info.

Need way to delete a document, particularly those that may have been entered incorrectly.

Better way to suggest corrections to topics

Have a way for users to add their own tags/topics to documents even if they aren't affiliated with a project
