1. Change seeds.exs to ease local development for Application Management …

   - Created multiple applications with varying descriptions and releases
   - Established releases for applications with specific versioning
   - Added image credentials and associated images
   - Defined containers with and without port bindings
   - Set up networks and associated containers with them
   - Linked containers to specific application releases
   - Created a sample device and deployed a release to the device
